Hot Stone Massage

Like Swedish massages, hot stone massages are the perfect way to relax after a long, stressful day. During the treatment, flat, heated stones made from basalt (made to retain temperature) are placed on specific parts of your body that require relief. This is usually done in conjunction with a Swedish massage where one of our therapists will knead away the knots in your overworked muscles.

A hot stone massage helps to soothe your skin while also offering a nice complement to ongoing physical therapy. It can help improve blood flow and circulation while reducing muscle spasms, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation.
